 My name is Michael Mullan. I am an expert on the intersection of criminal law and the mentally ill. I am a law graduate from Harvard Law School and current PHD student at American University Washington College of Law. I have published extensively on the mentally ill and the criminal justice system, with a forthcoming publication in the Mississippi Law Journal. This website will sporadically publish blog posts on news stories that relate to the mentally ill and the criminal justice system and expand on the broader issues that these stories raise.
